Glencore Agriculture Limited announced today that it has completed the acquisition of Everi port terminal in Ukraine from Orexim group of companies. Everi is a leading vegetable oil export terminal in the city of Mykolaiv, Ukraine, offering storage and loading services to first class international and domestic clients.

About Everi
Everi terminal facility was built in 2010 and last expanded in 2018. It has a static storage capacity of 160,000 metric tonnes (mt). The Everi port terminal has capacity to load up to 1.5 million mt of vegetable oil per year for export destinations.
