What we do

We take great pride in our role in supplying essential food and feed products to the world.  Our agricultural network draws on our close relationship with producers and customers, connecting them to traceable and sustainable agricultural commodities.

Viterra handles over 125 million metric tonnes of agricultural products annually, including grains, oilseeds, pulses, rice, sugar, and vegetable oil, as well as a wide variety of animal feed products. We purchase agricultural products directly from producers and suppliers in over 65 countries and deliver them to customers in 130 countries.

Through our business, we are stewards of some of the world’s most critical food and feed supply networks. As such, we firmly believe that everyone deserves access to food, and we recognise our responsibility to export food and feed products to all areas of need.

Over the last several years, we have developed rigorous internal compliance processes and robust regulatory frameworks to ensure that we are operating responsibly and in accordance with applicable laws. We comply with all international trade laws in our transactions and are committed to operate responsibly as we continue to help our producers feed the world in a safe, reliable, and sustainable manner.
